Creole variety is an ancient variety called "Queen of Cocoa", as it is manufactured from the highest grade beans. They are "fine and flavor", rare, most expensive and most highly respected because of their rich taste and aroma. Only a small part of the world's cocoa comes from the Creole trees as they are delicate, small yields and susceptible to certain diseases.
Cocoa powder comes from the cocoa bean. Does this mean that we can not digest grains of cocoa or crushed them to get cocoa powder? The answer is no.
In fact it was made after the extraction of cocoa butter from cocoa beans, such as the residue dried and ground into a fine powder. Cocoa powder has a dark brown color. When raw, the taste is a little bitter, but adds a distinctive chocolate flavor when added to desserts, cakes and biscuits. Cocoa powder can be used alone or together with pieces of chocolate for cooking, giving it a rich flavor. Use cocoa powder for chocolate pancakes, muffins, cakes, cookies, icings and toppings.
