Semi-spruce with strongly branched, densely lined, four-stemmed, gray-green stems, 20-50 cm high. The leaves are opposite, with handles. Colors are collected at 6-10. The fruit is composed of 4 dark brown or forehead, almost spherical nuts. Blooms June-July.

It is often grown in gardens as a decorative and curative plant. Originates from the Mediterranean region.

The leaves and the entire ground plane are used to produce essential oil.

Garden Sage - dried stalk

Application: in case of night sweats due to tuberculosis, vegetative disorders and menopause. It is anti-inflammatory colitis, gastritis, ulcers, bronchitis and inflammation of the oral cavity.

Method of preparation: pour 2 tablespoons of the herb with 400ml of boiling water. Let it soak for 20 minutes. Filter and drink the decoction three times a day before meals. In case of angina - gargle in range of 3 hours.

Do not use in pregnancy and children. Allergic reactions, dizziness possible.
