Registrations and certificates: "New S Net" Ltd. operates with the necessary registrations and certificates for its activity, including a certificate for distribution of foods, food supplements and distance selling of foods with registration number BG2203166 and registration certificate No. 72528/02.08.2024. The company also holds a site registration certificate for storage and trade of cosmetic products No. 2220027797 dated 18.10.2024.

Expiry dates and product quality
We strive to send products with a good remaining shelf life and to inform our partners whenever a specific product has a particular condition related to expiry date, availability or storage requirements.
If a product has a shorter remaining shelf life or requires additional confirmation before dispatch, our team contacts the partner to confirm whether the product should be included in the order.
For products under the "Zdravnitza" brand, additional partner terms may apply regarding replacement or management of products with an approaching expiry date. Details are provided together with the current cooperation terms.
Delivery and payment
Deliveries to partners are made by courier to the address you provide, to your retail location, or to an office of a courier company we work with.
It is also possible to collect an order from our logistics centre or from one of the "Zdravnitza" retail stores in Sofia, after prior arrangement.
The specific terms for delivery, payment, free delivery, fixed delivery cost or delivery according to the courier tariff depend on the value, weight, destination and specifics of the order and are provided together with the current partner terms.
Payment can be arranged according to the agreed cooperation terms. For the first order, we need you to provide company details, billing details, delivery details, contact person and phone number so that we can process your request correctly.
For partners outside Bulgaria, payment and delivery terms are agreed individually depending on the country, order volume, logistics route and applicable documentation requirements.
Partner retail network
If you wish and where applicable, we can include your location in the list of partner retail stores that stock products from "Zdravnitza".
