Expiratin date of products

All products offered by "Zdravnitza" have a expiration date of not less than 3 months as of the date of dispatch. Due to its nature, there are products that are generally shorter in shelf life. For such products, the expiration date is mentioned in the product data.

Can I return an ordered and / or received product?

Yes. The ordered products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To be returned, the products must be of a reserved commercial type, not opened and / or unpacked and not used. Under Bulgarian law, products such as herbal teas and food supplements can not be returned due to a health risk to consumers. The returned products must be sent to: 74 Odrin str. 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria ("Zdravnitza" Logistics Center). Upon arrival and review of returned products, the amount paid for them will be refunded. Shipping time

All sent orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. "Zdravnitza"supplies orders to every point in Bulgaria and the European Union. Orders outside Bulgaria are delivered within 2 to 6 business days.
