International deliveries
"Zdravnitza" delivers anywhere in Europe, as well as the United States, Canada, Australia, Israel and Thailand.
Payment for all products must be by credit/debit card, bank transfer or via ePay.bg. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard.
You will be provided with details of our delivery charges during the order process. Our system will calculate the delivery price according to the number and type of the ordered products.
Delivery Methods:
Orders are sent via external courier companies, including "DPD", "GLS", "DHL", "EURODIS", etc. Deliveries are made within 2 to 10 business days.
Orders are delivered to the your address. The maximum weight of the shipments is limited according to the conditions of the different courier companies and varies from 5 to 30 kg.
Orders sent to countries that are not part of the European Union may include additional payment of taxes and / or duties. These additional costs are not included in the delivery price and are paid separately by the recipient.

Credit or Debit card
Payment can be made with your credit or debit card via our virtual POS terminal. Your credit or debit card will be authorized for the entire amount of your order (including the shipping price).
Bank Transfer
If you are unable to pay online via credit or debit card, you can pay for your order through bank transfer. When selecting this payment method our system will provide all need information like bank account to transfer the amount of your order.

Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. "Zdravnitza" uses a secure server, which uses a protocol called SSL (Secure Socked Layer) to ensure the secure transfer of information via encryption.
Attention! "Zdravntiza" does NOT collect card data and as a merchant we have no access to them.
When making a credit / debit card payment, customers will be asked to provide the following information:
1. The credit or debit card number
2. Expiry date
3. The verification code that refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit / debit card.
In this way we are able to guarantee even greater security for on-line transactions.
Official holidays
All purchases made during weekends and official holidays in Bulgaria will be fulfilled next business day.
Delivery:
You will be given various options for delivery of Items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from and number of products ordered. Please see Shipping table below for further information on prices.
Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices for the Items you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will depend on delivery option you have chosen.
Please note that if your country is not member of European union in addition to the Items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for any delays to your delivery or delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
