"Zdravnitza" provides international shipping from Bulgaria to all European Union countries, as well as to selected countries outside the EU. You can order natural products, herbs, foods, food supplements, cosmetics and other products from our online store and have your order delivered to a country available for selection during checkout.
International orders are delivered through a partner logistics network and international and local courier operators, depending on the destination country. Available delivery services, estimated delivery time and shipping cost are automatically determined based on the delivery address and the products selected.
Before you confirm your order, you will see the exact amount to be paid, including the product value, any applicable discounts and the shipping cost, when applicable. This ensures that you have up-to-date information about the total order value before completing your purchase.

International shipping from Bulgaria:
Orders for delivery outside Bulgaria are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Depending on the destination country and the available service, the shipment may be handled and delivered by different international or local courier operators.
Different countries may have different courier services, delivery times, maximum shipment weight limits and shipping conditions. The specific available options are determined automatically during the checkout process.
The estimated delivery time is displayed as a specific "from-to" period after you enter your delivery address and select an available courier service. The stated delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by public holidays, non-working days, courier operating schedules and customs clearance, where required.
Delivery to all European Union countries:
"Zdravnitza" provides delivery to all European Union countries. This allows customers across Europe to order products from our online store and have them delivered to an address in their country.
For deliveries within the European Union, customs duties are generally not charged upon receipt of the shipment. The international shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout and is displayed before you confirm your order.
Orders to European Union countries are shipped only after advance payment by credit or debit card or by bank transfer.
Delivery to countries outside the European Union:
"Zdravnitza" also provides international shipping to selected countries outside the European Union, including Canada, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Switzerland, Thailand, the Philippines, Monaco and other countries where the system allows delivery to the respective destination.
The estimated delivery time to countries outside the European Union is generally between 2 and 14 business days, but may vary depending on the destination country, selected courier, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, import and customs clearance fees, bank charges or other local costs may apply. Where applicable, these costs are not included in the order total and are payable by the recipient.
The recipient is responsible for providing any assistance required for customs clearance when this is requested by the local authorities or the courier.
If a shipment to a country outside the European Union is not received, is not cleared through customs, is refused by the customer or is returned due to non-payment of applicable local charges, the refund amount may be reduced by any actual and documented costs incurred for delivery, return shipping, customs clearance, storage, disposal or other related expenses. If any amount remains refundable after these costs have been deducted, it will be refunded to the customer.
Order processing, non-working days and public holidays:
International orders are processed and shipped on business days - Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and non-working days.
Orders placed after 15:00, as well as orders placed on non-working days or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
For international deliveries, the delivery time may also be affected by public holidays and non-working days in Bulgaria or in the destination country, courier operating schedules and any required customs clearance.
Payment methods for international orders:
Cash on delivery is not available for orders delivered outside Bulgaria. International orders are shipped only after advance payment.
Payment by credit or debit card
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card through a secure payment environment. Available card payment methods may also include Google Pay and Apple Pay, when supported by the relevant device, card and country.
When paying by card, the full order amount must be paid, including the shipping cost when applicable. After successful payment, no additional payment is due upon delivery, unless applicable local customs duties, taxes or other charges are imposed by the relevant authorities for deliveries outside the European Union.
Payment by bank transfer
You can pay for your international order by bank transfer. The order is shipped after the payment has been received in the "Zdravnitza" bank account.
When paying by bank transfer, the full order amount must be paid, including the shipping cost when applicable. An invoice is issued for orders paid by bank transfer.
Secure online payment:
"Zdravnitza" uses a secure connection and payment solutions designed to ensure reliable processing of online payments. Card payments are processed through Viva.com payment solutions.
When paying by card, card details are entered in the payment provider's secure payment environment. "Zdravnitza" does not collect, store or have access to the customer's full card details.
Payment documents and invoices:
A payment document is issued for every international order according to the selected payment method and customer type.
An invoice for a legal entity is issued when the customer has provided the necessary invoicing details during the order process.
An invoice is issued for orders paid by bank transfer. For orders delivered outside Bulgaria, invoices can be issued in English.
International shipping cost:
The shipping cost from Bulgaria to the respective destination country is calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
The final shipping cost depends on the destination country and locality, the selected courier and delivery service, the weight and volume of the shipment, the order value and the applicable conditions at the time of ordering.
