Usage:

For coughs and colds: Rub in chest area.

To prevent vascular diseases such as varicose vein and couperose: Apply often in areas where such a problem occurs.

To prevent cellulite: Apply a technique with massaging movements to the abdomen, thighs and buttocks.

With poor joint mobility, contractions and muscle pain: rub locally.
