Diffusion - Add 3 to 5 drops of aroma blend in a diffuser, aromatherapy lamp;
Room scenting - Add the aroma blend to a dark glass glass bottle and place bamboo sticks or a cotton filter, which allows gentle and unobtrusive scattering of the scent in the room;
Aroma massage - in 50 ml base oil add no more than 10-20 drops of essential oil or flavor composition;
Inhalation - open the bottle and bring it closer to your nostrils, but not closer than 2 centimeters. Inhale the aroma blend 2 to 4 times. Take a 3-minute break between sessions;
Aroma bath - add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in base oil, pour into a bath of warm water and stir vigorously. You can use a combination of several essential oils;
Inhalations - 2 drops of essential oil in 2 liters of water;
Aroma shower - 2-3 drops of a favorite essential oil or aroma composition are dripped on the floor of the shower cabin / under the shower water jet.
