Quinoa

Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) e cereal crop grown primarily for its edible seeds. The name "Quinoa" is derived from the Spanish spelling of the name of the Indian people "Kinwa" or "Qin-wah".

Nutritional assessments of quinoa show that it is a source of complete protein. Furthermore, it is a good source of fiber and phosphorus, as well as a high content of magnesium and iron. Quinoa is a source of calcium, so it is useful for vegans and people with lactose intolerance. In 100 g of raw quinoa has approximately (percentage of the recommended daily dose), 65% phosphorus, 55% magnesium, 35% iron, 14% protein and 7% dietary fiber.

Chokeberry

Instructions for use:

Recommended daily dose:

- Adults - 10 ml, 1-2 times daily.
