"Freshness" herbal tea is a herbal combination that contains St. John's wort, thyme, yarrow and rosehip. Natural product with a refreshing and health-promoting action.

St. John's Wort (Hypericum Perforatum)
St. John's wort has a variety of very useful properties - anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, astringent, healing and anti-ulcer, tonicity of the nervous system, pronounced haemorrhagic effect, improvement of cardiac muscle spraying, increased cardiac activity, mild blood pressure increase, diuretic effect.

Thyme (Thymus)
Thyme can be called a cure for everything. Due to the rich content of essential oil, it has an extinguishing, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic and gasoline action. It has a pain relieving effect.

Thyme has a beneficial effect on chronic gastritis and stomach ulcer, colic, diarrhea, rotting processes, intestinal parasites. Ideal for relieving nervous arousal, insomnia, headaches.

Yarrow (Achillea Clypeolata L.)
Due to its numerous active ingredients, the yarrow is widely used in medicine. It works spasmolytically, wax, anti-inflammatory and antiparasitic (able to cope with intestinal worms). These qualities are mainly due to the essential oil in the herb.

In folk medicine the herb is used to lower fever and is often taken at the onset of infections such as colds and flu, when combined with elderberry or mint. It can help secretion of the respiratory tract.

Yarrow is a diuretic, lowers blood pressure and affects heartbeat. It also regulates blood circulation, expanding narrow blood vessels and shrinking the enlarged ones. For this reason, it is prescribed for varicose veins and ulcers, venous stasis, phlebitis and hemorrhoids. It is also used to relieve digestive problems including stomach pain, intestinal inflammation, constipation and flatulence.

Rosehip (Rosa Canina)
Improves oxidative-reductive processes in cells, seals capillaries, acts diuretically. The rosehip has a beneficial effect on bone marrow and metabolism. The healing effect is mainly due to the vitamins.

In Bulgarian folk medicine, rosehip is used in prostate diseases, diabetes mellitus, difficulty urinating, albumin, indigestion, atherosclerosis, revitalization, red wind, pertussis, high blood pressure, headache, insomnia.

Method of preparation:

Pour a filter bag with 250 ml of boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. Sweetening is optional. It is advisable to use natural sweeteners such as sevia or maple syrup.
