Lemon balm is a perennial herbaceous plant with a pleasant lemon smell. The stem is four-armed, branched, 30-80 cm high, covered with glands and simple hairs. The colors are pale yellow, white or pink. The leaves are opposite, with handles, broadly ovate rhombic or oblong. The fruit is made up of 4 single-eyed walnuts. Blooms June to September.

It soothes the nervous system, has antispasmodic, antispasmodic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory action. Stimulates the appetite and processes of digestion, suppresses nausea and vomiting.

Application and useful properties:

- in neurosis, neurasthenia, cardiac neurosis, migraine,
- in the case of sexual arousal, digestive disorders of neurogenic origin
- at high blood pressure, dizziness, irregular menstruation

Method of preparation:

Pour a filter bag with 250 ml of boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. Sweetening is optional. It is advisable to use natural sweeteners such as sevia or maple syrup.
