Sarsaparilla (Chinaroot)
Sarsaparilla is a well-known herb in the world of phytotherapy and homeopathy with anti-allergic, diuretic and hormone-stimulating action. It is believed that the ancient Peruvians were the first to recognize the properties of sarsaparilla to relieve pain and used it to treat headaches, joint pain, colds and flu.
According to a number of medical studies, the main therapeutic actions of Sarsaparilla are: stimulating and toning the immune system, purifying the blood, fighting free radicals, lowering and normalizing body temperature, improving liver function.

The herb has been used by the indigenous peoples of South Africa as a folk remedy for various ailments. Dutch settlers in early times used Agathosma betulina to make tinctures. It is still used today. Also in the 1800s it was popular as a remedy for hangovers, coughs, flu and colds.

Ingredients:
- Sarsaparilla - root (Rhiz Smilax Glabra);
- Turmeric - root (Rhiz Curcuma Longa);
- Ceylon cinnamon - bark (Cort. Cunnamomum Zeylonicum Blume);
- Ginger - root (Rhiz. Zingiber off);
- Bucho - leaf (Fol. Agathosma Betulina).
Method of preparation:
Add 2 tsp from the herbal mixture to 500 ml of boiling water. Leave on low heat for 6-8 minutes. Strain and drink the liquid in three equal parts during the day.
The herbal combination is not recommended for children under 12, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use for intolerance to any of the herbs in the composition.
