Wholemeal einkorn and rye flours (63%), unrefined cane brown sugar (21%), high oleic sunflower oil (11%), grated coconut, quinoa seeds (2.3%), chia (2%), flaxseed (1.8%) ), honey (0.6%), defatted whey powder, egg powder (equivalent to 2% eggs), rising agents (ammonium and sodium bicarbonate), salt, barley malt extract, glucose-fructose syrup, flavor, vitamins and minerals: Vitamin D, calcium carbonate and iron.
