Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a plant whose roots have been used in China and India since ancient times. Ginger spread throughout Europe in the 13th century thanks to Marco Polo. It was originally used primarily in medicine.

Application and useful properties:

Method of preparation:

Pour a filter bag with 250 ml of boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. Sweetening is optional. It is advisable to use natural sweeteners such as sevia or maple syrup.
