This natural forest mix contains raspberries, bilberries, blackberries and strawberries. In addition, we added red currants and black currants. It is now clear that this product is a treasure trove of useful ingredients.

Red currant contains many vitamins and minerals. It can help treat: asthma, allergy, migraine, diabetes, liver disease and many others.

Black currant contains more vitamins than lemons, apples, and common grapes. It contains a large amount of vitamin C and, at the same time, very few enzymes destroying ascorbic acid.
