Elder - flower

Elder flowers have an anti-inflammatory, diaphoretic, secretological and expectorant effect. Bulgarian folk medicine uses elderflowers for inflammation of the respiratory tract, colds, bronchitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis cough.

The herb has a beneficial effect on gastrointestinal and liver diseases, inflammation of the kidneys and bladder.

Lemon Balm

Lemon balm calms the nervous system, has spasmolytic-antispastic, pain-relieving and anticonvulsant effects. Stimulates appetite and digestion processes, suppresses nausea and vomiting.

Lemon balm has a beneficial effect on dizziness, headache, high blood pressure, to enhance vision, regulate irregular menstruation, tinnitus, gout, insomnia, bad breath.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a powerful diuretic and revitalizing product that has also been used for its therapeutic properties. Oriental folk medicine uses lemongrass to treat fungus and dermatitis. In Sri Lanka, they use lemongrass powder for muscle pain, weakness and dizziness, for runny nose, sinusitis, etc.

Method of preparation:

Pour a filter bag with 200 ml of boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. Sweetening is optional. It is advisable to use natural sweeteners such as sevia or maple syrup.
