A special herb-fruit selection of apple fruit, chokeberry (aronia) and rosehip, as well as blackberry leaves, blueberry stems and hibiscus flower.
The main beneficial properties of apples are due to the high content of antioxidants and pectin in their composition. They fight the harmful effects of free radicals, while simultaneously stimulating the body's natural detoxification process.
In addition to this, apples provide a feeling of satiety. This makes them an excellent choice for people who want to lose weight but have trouble controlling their appetite.
Antioxidant properties are perhaps the most beneficial thing in chokeberry. The consumption of aronia provides a huge amount of antioxidants, including quercetin, epicatechin, lutein, malvidin, etc. These antioxidants protect the blood, skin, eyes, organs and tissues from harmful free radicals.
The rosehip fruit is extremely valuable due to its high content of Vitamin C, carotene (provitamin A), vitamins B1, B2, E, PP and K, as well as polyphenols, carotenoids and flavonoids.
The rosehip fruit has almost no analogue in nature because of its high vitamin content.
Rosehip fruit tea has a beneficial effect on colds and flu, lowers blood sugar, stimulates the formation of red blood cells, normalizes blood circulation, strengthens immunity, gives energy.
Blackberry leaves contain many vitamins, mineral salts, organic acids and anthocyanins, which have a strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. Blackberry leaves regulate metabolism and promote detoxification.
Cranberry leaves have a beneficial effect on the normal functioning of the urinary, digestive and cardiovascular systems. The herb has a beneficial effect on bacterial infections, stones in the urinary tract, has an anti-inflammatory effect.
The flowers of the hibiscus (known as Karkade) contain anthocyanins - pigments with a powerful antioxidant effect, in which the tea from the plant is also rich. It contains a high concentration of bioflavonoids, vitamin C, other vitamins and minerals, fruit acids and amino acids.
