Rosehip

The rosehip fruit is extremely valuable due to its high content of Vitamin C, carotene (provitamin A), vitamins B1, B2, E, PP and K, as well as polyphenols, carotenoids and flavonoids.

Method of preparation:

Pour a filter bag with 200 ml of boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. Sweetening is optional. It is advisable to use natural sweeteners such as sevia or maple syrup.
