Vanilla pods are the fruits of a creeping tropical orchid native to Mexico. The plant is a long liana with aerial roots, oval fleshy leaves, large yellow-green flowers, and pod-shaped fruits.
Compared to the synthetic vanilla powder that is widely used, the scent of natural vanilla pods is stronger and richer. The most aromatic part is the seeds, which are inside the pod.

Usage:
