Suggested use:

Dissolve the contents of the packages (10.2 g mumijo) in 500 ml lukewarm water (mineral or spring). After receiving the solution, take 10 ml (2 tsp) 3 times a day with water during meals. Shake before use! After preparing the solution, store in the fridge for up to 1 month.

1 teaspoon = 5 ml = 100 mg mumijo (shilajit)

Duration of intake: 30 days

Contraindications:

Do not use by pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 14. Do not use by people suffering from kidney stones or individual intolerance to the product.
