The recipe with carefully selected gluten-free flours and plant fibres from psyllium makes the roll a source of dietary fibre, while maintaining a soft texture and good stability when sliced and filled.

Ingredients:

Starch (tapioca, corn), water, flours (rice, corn), rapeseed oil, yeast, rice syrup with grape juice concentrate, humectant (glycerol), plant fibres from psyllium, egg white powder (egg), thickeners (xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), salt, sugar, flavourings. May contain traces of milk.
