Not less than 108 of living freeze-dried cells of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, isolated in ecologically clean regions. Free of genetically modified ingredients, preservatives, dyes.

Instructions for Use:
Preparing authentic yogurt is an easy and inspiring process:
1. Boil 1 to 3 liters of milk and cool it down to 44°C.
2. Dissolve the contents of one Bolgari sachet in a small amount of milk, then add it to the main container and stir well.
3. Pour into suitable containers (jars).
4 Fermentation: Maintain a temperature of 42-44°C for 5-6 hours (using a yogurt maker or by wrapping the jars tightly in a blanket to retain heat).
5 Cooling: Once the yogurt has set, let it cool to room temperature, then store it in the refrigerator (at +2°C to +6°C).
If using a yogurt maker, please follow the manufacturer’s specific instructions.
Dosage:
With one sachet can be made up to 3 litres of milk.
Special storage conditions:
At a temperature of +8С to -6C.
