Instructions for Use:
Preparing the perfect probiotic yogurt is an easy and inspiring process:
1. Boil 1 to 3 liters of milk and cool it down to 42°C.
2. Add the contents of the sachet to the milk and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Pour into suitable containers (jars).
4. Fermentation: Maintain a temperature of 40-42°C for 5-6 hours without stirring.
5. Cooling: Once the yogurt has set, let it cool to room temperature (about 20°C), then store it in the refrigerator (at +2°C to +6°C).
If using a yogurt maker, please follow the manufacturer's specific instructions.
