Ricola Raspberry and Lemon balm contains a specially selected formula of raspberry juice and lemon balm extract with an added "Ricola" herbal mixture: plantain, marshmallow, spearmint, thyme, sage, yarrow, lady's mantle, anise, mallow, elderberry, primrose, veronica and white horehound.

Sweetener (isomalt), acid (citric acid, malic acid), raspberry juice concentrate (0.6%), lemon balm extract (0.5%), plantain, marshmallow, spearmint, thyme, sage, yarrow, lady's mantle, anise, mallow, eldebrerry, primrose, veronica, white horehound, natural flavorings: concentrate (sweet potato, carrot), sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia), peppermint oil, peppermint oil, menthol.
