Amaranth

Amaranth or pigweed (Amaranthus), is a type of plant of the genus Amaranthus.

The origin of one of his names (amaranth) is from Ancient Greece, where means "unquenchable" unfading flower. Allegedly helps with love pangs. According to the Latin and Greek mythology, Amaranth helps against physical wounds, mental anguish, pain and all other human sufferings and never fades because it is magical. In most myths flower is dark red, with big beautiful colors found very, very rarely and only in the moonlight. Only someone with a very pure soul and heart can find amaranth because it is sacred.

Amaranth has a high content of easily digested protein, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, dietary fiber. Source of vitamin B3, copper, zinc, calcium, potassium, and with very low sodium content.

In 100 g of amaranth contains 49 mg of folic acid, which is 25% of the recommended daily intake. This makes it very suitable product for consumption by women seeking pregnancy.

Aronia

The fruits of chokeberry are a veritable treasure trove, which can be found a bunch of nutrients - flavonoids, tannins, manganese, molybdenum, iron, organic acids, iodine, copper, boron, vitamins K and C. Instructions for use:

- Oral administration.

Recommended daily dose:
