Method of preparation:
Add 1 tablespoon (5 g) of green tea in 500 ml of preheated water. Allow the tea to steam for 3-5 minutes. The taste of green tea can become unpleasant if the drink becomes too strong. After steaming, strain. It is advisable to use natural sweeteners such as stevia or maple syrup.
It can be used in combination with other teas or make shakes and smoothies.
