Green tea is only prepared from leaves of the tea bush, which are subjected to minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea comes from China, but it is also associated with many other Asian countries, such as Japan and South Korea.

In the last few years, green tea has become increasingly popular in Western Europe as well as in North America and is about to displace the traditionally consumed black tea.

Method of preparation:

Pour a filter bag with 200 ml of boiling water and leave for about 5 minutes. Sweetening is optional. It is advisable to use natural sweeteners such as sevia or maple syrup.
