Action:

St. John's Wort
The herb has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiulcer and other effects. Bulgarian folk medicine uses St. John's wort in diseases of the digestive system and digestive disorders such as ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, acute and chronic gastritis, enterocolitis, indigestion, diarrhea.

Orange mullein
Orange mullein has emollient and anti-inflammatory effects due to the saponins and mucus contained in it. Bulgarian folk medicine uses the herb in inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, diarrhea, liver and bile diseases.

Mint
Mint increases bile secretion and promotes bile flow, which helps speed up and facilitate the digestion of food. Mint is a soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years against upset stomachs and indigestion, as well as a means of preventing morning sickness during pregnancy.

Marshmallow

Herbal blend 19 contains 120 g of dried herbs in the ratio:
- St. John's Wort (Hypericum Perforatum): 25%
- Orange mullein - flower (Verbascum Phlomoides): 25%
- Mint (Mentha): 15%
- Marshmallow - root (Althaea Officinalis): 10%
- Thyme (Thymus): 10%
- Calendula (Calendula Officinalis): 5%
- Felty germander (Teucrium Polium): 5%
- Jerusalem thorn (Paliurus spina-christi): 5%

Method of preparation:

Steep 2 tablespoons of the herbal blend in 500 ml of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain before use. Take 120 ml three times daily, before meals.
