Glucosamine, Elit-Pharm, 80 tablets

Glucosamine is essential for joint health, which is the most vulnerable point during human movement. It is a key building block of connective tissue and participates in the formation of joint cartilage. Glucosamine belongs to the class of amino sugars (glycosaminoglycans) and, unlike other carbohydrates, is not used for energy but for the formation of connective tissue: cartilage, ligaments, tendons, heart valves, synovial (joint) fluid, as well as nails and hair.

Purpose:

Supports the normal formation of connective tissue. Prevents wear of articular cartilage during physical exertion.

Ingredients:

Glucosamine, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), starch, sorbate, calcium stearate.

Content in a daily dose (3 tablets):

Glucosamine: 1200 mg
Vitamin C: 90 mg

Suggested Use:

Take 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals.

Do not used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
