Ashwagandha, known as the "King of Herbs" as well as Indian ginseng, is considered a rejuvenating plant in ancient Ayurvedic scriptures. It is said to help with stress and general well-being.
Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic rasayana (rejuvenator), known as the Vajikar herb, said to nourish all dhatus (tissues) of the body, support mental and emotional well-being, and is considered an excellent nerve tonic.

- According to Ayurveda, Ashwagandha balances elevated Vata and Kapha doshas.
Purpose:
Adaptogen. Supports mental health and normal emotional state. An excellent tonic for the nerves. It helps the body under stress.

Suggested Use:
Take 1 tabelts twice a day with water.
