Yacon powder has a lower level of sweetness compared to white refined sugar. Typically, 1 teaspoon of white sugar is equivalent to approximately 2 to 3 teaspoons of yacon powder, depending on the desired sweetness. This makes it an excellent choice for those seeking a more natural alternative to traditional sweeteners without giving up a pleasant sweet taste.
