Vitamin D Spray, 30 ml is an oral spray with vitamin D3. This vitamin helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus, to maintain normal muscle function, is important for the normal growth and development of bones and teeth, as well as for improved resistance against certain diseases. Suggested Use:

For adults and children over 18 years: 1 spray in the evening before sleep, directly on the tongue.
