- Purified mumijo (shilajit): 148 mg
- Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7): 18 µg
- Vitamin D (as cholecatiferol): 12.5 µg (500 ME)

Other ingredients: sorbitol, maltodextrose, croscarmellose, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), and calcium stearate.

Suggested Use:

Take 2 tablets twice a day during meals.

Duration of intake: not less than 1 month.
