Directions for use:

Step 1 (Shampoo): Apply a small amount to wet hair, massage gently until a soft lather forms, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Step 2 (Conditioner): Apply the conditioner to the lengths and ends of freshly washed hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
