Flax Seed Oil contains essential Alpha-Linoleic acid (ALA), which is transformed into Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) in the body and also Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), which is one of the Omega-3 acids found only in Fish Oil. Omega-3 Acids, and in particular Alpha-Linoleic Acid, are present in sufficient quantity only in Fish and Flaxseed Oil.

Flax Seed Oil contains a large amount of minerals - Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Lignans, Proteins and Fibers, but the most important components of Flax Seed Oil are fatty acids: Omega-3 (60%), Omega-6 (20%), Omega -9 (10%) and other unsaturated fatty acids (10%).

Flax Seed Oil helps to restore and regenerate skin cells, to retain moisture in the skin, to regulate the natural balance of hydration. Due to the naturally high content of vit. A and E, has been successful in combating cellular skin aging and effectively smoothing out wrinkles.
