Properties:

Studies on ethanol extracts (tinctures) of mint have shown high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. Eyebright is a source of both vitamins A, C and group B, iron and silicon, as well as ingredients called iridoid glycosides, including a substance called auccin, which has an anti-inflammatory effect on tissues.

Ingredients:

Standardized water-ethanol extract (62-68%) of Eyebright /Euphrasia officinalis/.

The recommended daily dose 120 drops herb content: 720 mg Eyebright.

Suggested Use:

40 drops, dissolved into 50 ml of table water or juice 1- 3 times daily before meal.
