The white mumijo is formed in the mountains where there is a high moisture content in the air. Under these conditions it can be extracted from the rocks. The white mumijo is easily dissolved in water and has a bitter taste.
The white mumijo belongs to the group of alum. It contains a large amount of iron, copper, zinc, manganese, selenium, nickel and others.
The Altaic white mumijo contains magnesium sulphate and water-soluble salts resulting from deposits on the surface of the rocks in the form of a solid resin.

For internal use: Dissolve white mumijo in water, about two grams of white mumijo in 2 liters of water, drink two cups (200 ml) of solution per day. If a rapid recovery or stronger effect is required, then the dose should be increased to 4 (200 ml glasses) a day.
