Garlic contains more than 200 biologically active substances - vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes. The most biochemically active are those ingredients that contain sulfur.

Garlic contains many useful substances such as fiber, fat, macro and micro elements, phosphorus, manganese, iodine, magnesium, zinc, sulfur. To all of them we can add vitamins C, B, D, P and essential oils.

It has been clinically established that garlic supports the activity of the heart rhythm, favorably relaxes the coronary vessels, which has a positive effect on the blood supply to the myocardium.

Garlic lowers the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, prevents the adhesion of platelets (aggregation) and promotes the fibrinolysis.

Garlic is a powerful immunostimulant. It increases the amount of lymphocytes, the natural killer cells (destroying cancer cells) and stimulates the other components of the immune system.

Contributes to normal heart function.

Garlic (Allium sativum L., powder), Gelatin (capsule), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine HCI).

Content in a daily dose (1 capsule):

Garlic: 260 mg
of which Allicin: 0.52 mg
Thiamine: 400 µg

Suggested Use:

Take 1 capsule daily with water.
