Inositol is a precursor of phospholipids, a major component of cell membranes. It helps maintain nutritional transport through the cell membrane and helps transform fat. Contributes to the normal concentration of cholesterol and triglycerides.

Inositol is thought to balance the production of certain chemical substances in the body that are relevant to conditions of panic disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and polycystic ovary syndrome.

The benefits of taking inositol have been extensively studied and proven, but for one reason or another, are poorly understood. It promotes health in many ways - by transporting fat throughout the body, assisting neurons in the central nervous system, and more. Inositol also works in close collaboration with another, equally important nutrient, choline. Excipients: Gelatin capsule, cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use:

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food.

In pregnancy and lactation, consult a doctor before use. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and complete diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
