Gelatin is a simple protein obtained by hydrolyzing collagen from animal bones or cartilage, cooked in water. It dissolves easily in water, and the resulting solutions tend to thicken into a gel. The degree of solubility is proportional to the water temperature. The optimal temperature for dissolving gelatin is between 42°C and 60°C. Dissolving it at temperatures above 60°C is not recommended, as this can cause it to lose its beneficial properties.

The bovine gelatin by “Zdravnitza” is produced through careful hydrolysis of collagen found in the connective tissues of cattle – bones, cartilage, and skin. The raw material undergoes purification and controlled thermal processing in water under optimal conditions to extract highly pure and active collagen. It is then dried and finely milled to achieve a uniform particle size of 18 mesh. The entire process is conducted under strict laboratory control, without the addition of artificial substances.

Gelatin Composition:

Although gelatin is 98–99% protein by dry weight, it has a lower nutritional value compared to many other protein sources. It is particularly rich in the non-essential amino acids glycine and proline (i.e., those that the human body can produce on its own), but lacks essential amino acids (i.e., those that must be obtained through diet). It does not contain tryptophan and has low levels of isoleucine, threonine, and methionine.

Suggested Use:

Use in cooking:
Mix one tablespoon (10 g) with 50 ml of lukewarm water and leave to swell, dissolve water bath (42C - 60C). Add to 450 ml of liquid soft jelly, to 300 ml of solid jelly. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

For Healthy joints:
2 tsp gelatin mixed with 1/2 cup cold water. Mix thoroughly and let the mixture be steeped at least 5 hours. For your convenience you to stir the mixture and evening to eat in the morning. Swollen gelatin is consumed directly by the purpose of easier intake, you can add another 1/2 cup warm water. In more severe forms of joint and bone diseases you can start taking twice a day. It is recommended intake last three months, followed by at least 1 month off.

General strengthening and cosmetics:
1 tsp gelatin mixed with 1/2 cup cold water. Mix thoroughly and let the mixture be steeped at least 5 hours. For your convenience you to stir the mixture and evening to eat in the morning. Swollen gelatin is consumed directly by the purpose of easier intake, you can add another 1/2 cup warm water. Take out 1 to 3 times per week for 1-2 months.

      Препоръчвам изключително много

      Откриха ми заболяване и трябва да приемам колаген. След година лутане из всички видове колаген, попаднах на продуктите тук и мога да кажа, че определено телешкия желатин и колаген имат абсолютно изключителен ефект върху състоянието ми.
