Method of preparation:

3 tablespoons of herb mixture soak 8 hours in 300 g of cold water. Strain and the same herbs are flooded with new 300 g of boiling water. Boil 5 minutes. Strain and both extracts were combined. The resulting mixture is drunk 3 times a day 1 hour before meal.
