Tea - Bronchial is a herbal combination of Mallow, Cowslip, Marshmallow, Oregano, Licorice and Eucalyptus.

Mallow

The herb has anti-inflammatory and emollient action. The plant has a therapeutic effect in inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract.

Cowslip

The herb has an expectorant effect. Bulgarian folk medicine recommends the leaves for shortness of breath, dizziness, headache, insomnia and more.

Marshmallow

The herb has anti-inflammatory and expectorant action. The roots of the marshmallow are used in inflammation of the respiratory tract - bronchitis, tracheitis, bronchopneumonia, laryngitis with hoarseness, pharyngitis, shortness of breath, tracheobronchitis.

Oregano

Thanks to the content of essential oil, the plant has a healing, antiseptic and soothing effect. Stimulates the secretion of the sweat, digestive and bronchial glands, enhances peristalsis of the intestines, stimulates the appetite.

Licorice

Method of preparation:

1-2 filter bags are poured with 200-300 ml of boiling water and left to stand for about 5 minutes. Sweeten as desired. It is recommended to use natural sweeteners such as stevia or maple syrup. The tea is taken 30 minutes before a meal.
