Oats, oat flour, oat bran, and oatmeal contain a specific type of fiber known as betaglucans. Their beneficial effect on the cholesterol level has been proven. People with high cholesterol need only 3 grams of soluble fiber per day, which can lower total cholesterol by up to 23.8%.
Additionally, antioxidant compounds in oats help prevent free radical damage. This reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Less well known, however, is that oats are one of the best herbs for supporting the nervous system under stress. It is especially suitable for nervous exhaustion and exhaustion associated with depression.
Oat proteins are particularly valuable. Oat bran is a good dietary aid for convalescing patients. Oat bran is a good auxiliary remedy for gastritis, enteritis and colitis, and it is also recommended for intestinal disorders.
Cleansing the body with oat bran:
The effectiveness of this procedure is based, on the one hand, on the ability of oat bran, and more precisely on the cellulose contained in it, to mechanically clean the digestive tract, to wash and scrape all the slag from it. Oat bran should be taken 3 times a day, 15 minutes before meals. Eat 2 tablespoons, drinking 1-2 glasses of water with them (instead of water, you can take some herbal tea, but without sugar or juice).
