Keratin from Tibetan Wool, Bioherba, 100 Capsules is a food supplement containing keratin from Tibetan wool, combined with zinc. The formula is designed for daily use and combines keratin - a structural protein naturally associated with the strength and structure of hair, skin and nails - with zinc.

Keratins are a group of strong, fibrous proteins that are a major structural component of various tissues in the human body. They are found in particularly high amounts in hair and nails, where they contribute to their structure and resilience, as well as in the outer layers of the skin.

One of the characteristic features of keratin is its high content of the amino acid cysteine. Cysteine contains sulfur and is involved in the formation of disulfide bonds, which are important for the strength and structure of keratin fibres.

Keratin is primarily associated with the strength, structure and appearance of hair and nails, as well as with the structure of the skin. For this reason, keratin and nutrients associated with its normal maintenance are of interest in food supplements designed for the daily care of hair, skin and nails.

Purpose:

Contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and nails.

Ingredients:

Keratin (from Tibetan wool), Gelatin (capsule), Zinc (zinc citrate).

Content per daily dose (2 capsules):

• Keratin: 460 mg
• Zinc: 10 mg

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule twice daily with 200 ml of water.
