Maca is an ancient Peruvian powerhouse superfood that has been used by the indigenous people of the Andes as a source of food and medicine for thousands of years. The maca root, from which maca powder is extracted, was prized in the Inca Empire for its adaptogenic properties.

Suggested Use:
