Other ingredients: Water, Honey, Magnesium citrate, Magnesium gluconate, Honey, Natural flavors.

Does not contain preservatives, hardeners, flavors, colorants, alcohol, nuts, lactose, dairy products, animal products, gluten!

Suggested Use:

10 ml twice a day, preferably in the morning and in the evening on an empty stomach.
Children 3-12 years - 10 ml once a day.
Over 12 years. - 20 ml (10 ml twice daily).
For short-term magnesium deficiency, a double dose of 40 ml per day may be given.
