Serrapeptase is an enzyme isolated from bacteria found in silkworms. Serrapeptase is a commonly used food additive in Japan, Europe and the US.

Serrapeptase, also known as serratiopeptidase, is a proteolytic enzyme, meaning it breaks down proteins into smaller components called amino acids. Along with its anti-inflammatory properties, serrapeptza may offer a host of other health benefits.

Health Benefits:

Anti-inflammatory action
Serrapeptase is most honestly used to reduce inflammation in the body. In dentistry, this enzyme is used after minor surgical procedures, such as tooth extraction, to reduce pain and facial swelling. Serrapeptase reduces the inflammation of the cells around the affected area.

Against joint pain
Another main action of Serrapeptase is that it relieves joint pain. As an anti-inflammatory, the enzyme reduces painful symptoms and has many potential benefits in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis. Several studies have shown that humans and animals suffering from rheumatoid arthritis can control their symptoms of inflammation and pain with enzyme therapy.

Prevents infections

Suggested Use:
