Bromelain is a natural multi-component enzyme complex extracted from pineapple that helps you digest food efficiently. It is a proteolytic enzyme of plant origin, i.e. is best known for its large amounts of protein-degrading enzymes. Suggested Use:

Take 1 tablet three times a day.
