Action

Germander
The herb has a burning, diuretic, hemostatic and tonic effect. Suppresses gastric secretion and reduces unpleasant belching and heartburn. Removes putrefactive processes in the intestines. Germander is used to improve appetite and regulate gastric activity, as well as to increase bile secretion and as a mild diuretic.

Mint
Mint increases bile secretion and promotes bile flow, which helps speed up and facilitate the digestion of food. Mint is a soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years against upset stomachs and indigestion, as well as a means of preventing morning sickness during pregnancy.

Birch
The herb has a strong dehydrating (diuretic and diaphoretic) and tonic effect. Birch leaves soothe smooth muscle spasms. This effect is due to the flavonoids contained in the leaves of the plant, and the potassium nitrate contained enhances the diuretic effect of flavonoids. Herbal mixture №2 contains 200 g of dried herbs in the ratio:
- Germander (Teucrium Chamaedrys): 20%
- Mint (Mentha piperita): 10%
- Birch - leaves (Betula pendula): 10%
- Summer savory (Satureja hortensis): 10%
- Calendula - flower (Calendula Officinalis): 10%
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare): 10%
- Dill (Anethum graveolens): 10%
- Anise (Pimpinela Anisum): 10%
- Spearmint (Mentha Spicata): 5%
- Cumin (Cuminum cyminum): 5%

Method of preparation:

Soak 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in 400 g of boiling water for 10 minutes. Spin and drink the amount in 3-4 portions during the day before meals.

Store in a dry, ventilated, protected from direct sunlight.
