Linden (Tilia) is a tree species that includes about 40 species. It is spread in the temperate belt of the northern hemisphere - Europe, Asia and the eastern part of North America. Some species are wild. Linden tree reach a height of 20 to 40 meters, and their leaves are hearty. They grow well in damp and shady places. The colors look like small umbrellas with a yellowish color, have a strong aroma and are used to make tea.
Application and useful properties:
The linden tea is applied in acute catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, laryngitis, tracheobronchitis and other temperature conditions. Tea has a slightly diuretic and is suitable for urinary tract disorders.
