Method of preparation:
Put the contents of the pack in 1 l of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes while stirring. Ready noodles can be garnished with different products.

Quick souffle from whole grain yufka (pasta):
Necessary products (per serving): A large handful of whole grain yufka (about 50 g), 2 eggs, cocoa, vanilla, and honey. Optionally, you can add 1 tablespoon of vegetable protein powder.
For faster cooking, use a microwave oven. Pour about 2/3 teacup of water into a bowl and boil. Then add the yufka and leave in the oven for about 3 minutes. Mix the eggs and cocoa, vanilla and a little water (you can also use milk). You can also add protein powder.
The prepared mixture is poured over the cooked yufka and put in the microwave for another 2-3 minutes. A satisfying souffle is obtained, which fills the entire bowl and has a pleasant aroma. You can wait for it to cool down a bit and drizzle with honey.
